Chapter 1
Introduction: background to sustainable low-cost housing, statement of the problem (Nigeria has a housing deficit of millions of units, mostly affecting low-income earners), aim and objectives, research questions, scope, significance of the study, and definition of terms.

Literature Review: theoretical framework, review of related works on sustainable low-cost housing, gaps in existing studies, and a summary positioning this project.
Chapter 3
